In the North we've about 160: Check the website or give us an idea of what you want [ big, small or bungalow / finished, unfinished or original / holiday, retirement or investment / or anything else ] We'll give you some informed, confidential advice.

[ Wizz from Luton and EasyJet from Gatwick are usually the best value, or split tghe trip - I like to fly Liverpool-Rome with Ryanair, stay over, then Rome-Sofia with Myair] Then rent a car [best over the Internet before you come] Or we can have a driver waiting for you at the Arrivals Gate of Sofia Airport in a comfortable, large modern car for the spectacular 90 minute drive North. 50 lev each way, plus 80 lev a day to take you around, including petrol. [3 lev=1 pound] Or take a taxi to the Bus or Train Station [ about 3 pounds ] with half-hourly coaches to Vratsa or trains to Mezdra [ both around 80 minutes, around 2 pounds], where we'll collect you. Then check in to a very good, bargain-priced 4* hotel, with decent restaurant, English menu, cable TV, good scenery, a pool in summer. Collection from the hotel & viewing of up to twelve suitable properties which we guarantee can be bought at the website price.
Then the Legal Stuff if you've decided to buy, and an opportunity to visit great tourist sites, mountains, monasteries, furniture shops etc, whatever you prefer, as time allows.
